Software Product Visionary

As a Software Product Visionary, you will build software products for banking and financing institutions. You will collaborate with RD teams that are openly collaborative, non-hierarchical, respect contributions, and work with agility.

  • You will provide vision leadership for the technology roadmap of our products. Understand product capabilities and strategize technology to align with business objectives and maximize ROI.
  • You will define technical software architectures and lead the development of frameworks. This includes engaging end-to-end in product development, from business requirements to realization of product and deployment in production.
  • Research, design, and implement complex features being added to existing products or create new applications/components from scratch.
  • Identify risks/opportunities associated with current/new technology use. Plan and execute PoCs as necessary.
  • Continuously improve internal software architecture processes and technology. Provide technical governance to product teams to ensure quality and efficiency of solutions.
  • Act as a mentor to teams and reinforce organizational values and culture.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.
  • 5 years of experience delivering solutions.
