Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead to spearhead our testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with expertise in automation tools and scripting languages.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a team of testers, ensuring that all aspects of the software development lifecycle are thoroughly tested. A proven track record of successfully implementing test strategies, defect management, and Agile practices is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, ensuring thorough coverage of all software functionality.
  • Lead a team of testers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of test plans.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, project management, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify and report defects, working with developers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continually improving testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proven expertise in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Strong Business Analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation.
