DevOps Lead

As a DevOps Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring high availability, scalability, and automation across our infrastructure and application deployments.

You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps pipelines across development, testing, and production environments.

  • Design, implement, and maintain DevOps pipelines across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
  • Manage and optimize CI/CD processes using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
  • Ensure smooth containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (preferably AKS - Azure Kubernetes Service).
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, or App Insights.
  • Establish security best practices, including secrets management, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance within Azure.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to align DevOps practices with business goals.
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem activities for critical production issues.
  • Mentor and guide a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
