Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive IT support across systems, networks, servers, and cloud platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring security compliance, and supporting business applications and user needs.

  • System & User Support

The role involves providing end-to-end support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. This includes managing user onboarding, offboarding, and access controls, as well as troubleshooting hardware, OS, and application issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Networking & Infrastructure
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Maintain and monitor network security and connectivity.
  • Support VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote access solutions.
  • Server & Application Support
  • Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Exchange, and SharePoint environments.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations using Veeam.
  • Support SQL Server databases (basic administration, backup, monitoring).
  • Cloud & Security
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online).
  • Manage Azure services including Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts, boards).
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automation, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Technical Expertise

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of firewalls, routers, and switches, as well as experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.

They will also have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (O365, Exchange, SharePoint), experience in backup solutions (Veeam), familiarity with SQL Server management, and proficiency in Azure Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines).

  • Networking & Security

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Excellent communication and documentation skills are also required.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (bonus)
  • CompTIA Network+ or Security+
  • ITIL Foundation (optional but a plus)
  • Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE)
