Finance & Project Accounting Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Project Accounting professional to join our organization. This position will combine project-level financial management with corporate accounting responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review financial bids, proposals, and agreements for compliance and client requirements.
  • Establish and maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems.
  • Collect and manage legal documentation for sub-consultants.
  • Provide regular financial reports, forecasts, and profitability analyses.
  • Ensure revenue recognition compliance with relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to prepare invoices and requisition forms.
  • Support collections and resolve overdue accounts.
Corporate & Local Financial Management
  • Maintain accurate corporate and local accounting records.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow forecasts.
  • Handle tax computations, filings, and local compliance requirements.
  • Manage fixed asset registers and financial schedules.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in accounting, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Minimum 3 years' supervisory or management experience.
  • ERP experience (Deltek Vision required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with US-GAAP, IFRS, and IND-AS.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • AEC industry experience.
