Job Description

The company seeks a seasoned Finance & Project Accounting Manager to oversee project-level financial management and corporate accounting responsibilities.

This role requires collaboration with global teams across multiple international studios, ensuring financial goals are met on both local and global levels.

The ideal candidate will be financially savvy, detail-oriented, and able to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders while ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations.

  • Review bids, proposals, and agreements for financial compliance and client requirements.
  • Set up projects in ERP systems in line with company policy.
  • Collect and maintain legal documentation for sub-consultants.
  • Provide financial reports, forecasts, and profitability analyses.
  • Ensure revenue recognition compliance with GAAP ASC 606 and other standards.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare monthly invoices and requisition forms.
  • Support collections and resolve overdue accounts in coordination with leadership.
  • Assist with project close-out in accordance with company policy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years' accounting experience in a professional services environment; AEC industry preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' supervisory or management experience.
  • ERP experience (Deltek Vision required; Tally experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with US-GAAP, IFRS, and IND-AS.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
