Accounts Executive Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and analyzing account balances. They will also perform bank and credit card reconciliations, reconcile payment gateway receipts, and audit vendor invoices for errors and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the month-end close process, including journal entries and analysis of account balances.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, and reconcile payment gateway receipts.
  • Audit vendor invoices for errors and compliance, and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain vendor payment schedules and accurate records, and conduct vendor account reconciliations as needed.
  • Issue and manage customer sales invoices, monitor receivables, and maintain aging reports to ensure timely collections.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support daily financial operations essential for business continuity, and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA qualification or at least two CPA subjects cleared.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
