As a Territory Growth Manager, you are accountable for ensuring client satisfaction across all projects in the region.

You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the territory growth strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business expansion based on market demand.

  • Enable clients to achieve their targets by providing guidance and support.
  • Determine project scope, estimate costs, and connect customers with service providers based on customer requirements.
  • Visit customer sites with service providers to finalize project scope and quotes.
  • Meet regularly with clients to understand and address their concerns.

Key Skills and Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development and growth, with a minimum of 1 year in B2C sales.
  • Strong multitasking and operational management skills.
  • Excellent sales and business development skills.
  • Willingsness to travel across the region.
  • Strong leadership and people skills.
  • High ownership and accountability for targets.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be willing to adapt to changing priorities.
