Space Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Space Planning Specialist to spearhead growth for our Projects vertical. This role combines design expertise, client advisory, and business development.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary advisor to clients on their workspace or interior needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in office, workspaces, and other commercial interiors.
  • Cross-sell interior services to existing real estate and coworking clients.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with landlords, brokers, and corporate clients.
  • Present tailored solutions, packages, and proposals that align with client goals and timelines.
  • Design Expertise & Pre-Sales Support:
  • Translate client requirements into actionable design briefs.
  • Discuss layouts, materials, finishes, and space optimization ideas with confidence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare concept boards, BOQs, and cost estimates.
  • Effectively communicate Hub and Oak's 'Economy, Premium, Luxury' packages to clients.
  • Project Coordination & Delivery:
  • Transfer project to the in-house Project Manager and Design Team for execution.
  • Provide clear communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Support post-handover client satisfaction and repeat business generation.

The ideal candidate will have a degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field, 4–7 years of experience in interior projects, client advisory, or design-build sales, and strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
