Leadership Role: Team Lead

This leadership position is responsible for managing the denial management process to minimize write-offs and optimize revenue cycle management.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for effective communication and resolution of AR issues.
  • Oversee cash applications, credit collection, and provider side activities to ensure timely payment from providers.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Team Lead and possess strong leadership skills, including team management and handling.
  • A US Healthcare background is highly desirable, with expertise in areas such as Provider, AR Collections, Denial management, Healthcare RCM, Cash Application, and Credit.
  • The role offers a flexible schedule with 5 days of work per week.
