Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our launch team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy to launch our SaaS products successfully.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and tactics, as well as excellent project management skills. You will work closely with our product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize the impact of our launches.

You will own and execute the GTM roadmap, defining timelines, launches, stakeholders, budgets, and KPIs. You will also develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and coordinate launch plans.

Key responsibilities include market and customer research, product positioning and messaging, strategy and planning, cross-functional collaboration, launch and campaign management, performance tracking and optimization, and customer and competitive insights.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or related strategic roles, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, timely, detail-oriented, and decisive.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of rallying teams and articulating vision.
  • Deep understanding of GTM frameworks: positioning, messaging, ICPs, distribution channels, and launch tactics.
  • Experience running cross-functional launches from inception to execution.
