Job Title: Digital Initiative Manager

Overview:

A seasoned professional is required to lead strategic digital initiatives, overseeing website development, redesign, and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical expertise, and stakeholder management abilities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Manage multiple website development, redesign, and optimization projects concurrently.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and meeting quality expectations.
  • Track key performance indicators, generate insightful reports, and present findings to leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of programming languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, Node.js, Python, and database systems.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git), front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue), and package managers (Webpack/Npm/Yarn).
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) platforms and A/B testing tools.
Leadership Skills:
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
Technical Expertise:
  • Hands-on experience with web development technologies.
  • Knowledge of databases and data management systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based services and infrastructure.
