Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking experienced engineering managers to lead high-performing teams and drive business growth. As an engineering manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the development of new products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process Development: Develop, implement, and refine product development processes to improve efficiency and sustainability.
  2. Team Management: Manage staff and assign tasks to engineering and technical personnel, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Project Leadership: Lead teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes, and strive to improve team performance and productivity.
  4. Resource Allocation: Secure resources needed for teams to excel, including researching and proposing capital investments.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in engineering management, with a minimum of 2 years as an engineering manager.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes, proficiency in Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Design, DSA, code review, HLD, LLD, and presentation software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
