Job Overview:

As a Service Sales specialist of UPS, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and develop customized solutions to meet their shipping and logistics requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience selling logistics or transportation services highly desirable.
  • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate UPS's value proposition to potential customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
