Job Description

The role of Senior Manager will be based out of Bangalore and involves overseeing IT Business Continuity Plans across US and India.

  • This includes collaborating with US business teams to develop strategies that align with our global business needs.
  • You are expected to have strong knowledge of enterprise Business Continuity planning and work independently in partnering with business departments to develop and maintain Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans.
  • Consulting with BC Plan Owners and Coordinators to complete the annual lifecycle of Business Impact Analysis, BC Plan update, walkthroughs, and sign-off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT Business Continuity Plans across US and India
  • Collaborate with US business teams to develop strategies
  • Develop and maintain Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans
  • Consult with BC Plan Owners and Coordinators
  • Provide support during US hours (5:00 pm to 1:00 am IST)

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in Business Continuity Planning
  • BCP certification desirable
