Chief Growth Officer

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in your assigned cluster. This role involves leading by example and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the organization.
- Understand cluster requirements and work closely with senior leaders to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and share management information systems (MIS) to understand market dynamics and optimize cluster performance.
- Focus on offering financial solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for their asset/liability needs.
- Collaborate with the credit/risk team to drive business using appropriate sourcing strategies under dynamic market conditions.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities in each asset client and develop strategies to maximize profitability.
- Manage people and teams, including career development, coaching, and mentoring of critical talent.
- Map market trends, strategize expansion of the market base, and proactively develop new products/markets with the product development team.
- Graduate/postgraduate or MBA from a recognized university/premium business schools.
- AMFI/NCFM/IRDA certifications are an added advantage.
- 8-14 years of relevant experience in operations, client servicing, or sales roles.
- Prior experience must come from banking organizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
