
Marketing Specialist: Multi-Channel Campaign Developer

As a key member of our team, your primary role will involve designing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive business results. This entails creating detailed specifications, developing campaign flowcharts, conducting thorough testing, and overseeing the successful deployment of these initiatives.
You will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution. Your expertise in leveraging advanced technical skills will enable you to construct sophisticated ETL processes, enhance product functionality, and deliver dynamic content communications on a large scale.
The Senior Campaign Development position within our Marketing Platform team is pivotal in driving client value through the implementation of marketing platforms for executing campaigns. Key responsibilities include campaign requirement gathering, developing, QA, performance monitoring, result analysis, and reporting.
To achieve client success and desired outcomes, it is essential to stay current with new technologies and maintain precise documentation.
- Ensure thorough understanding of client requirements for successful campaign execution.
- Utilize visual aids for comprehensive solution design and audience analysis.
- Prepare mock data to facilitate efficient testing processes.
- Ensure target audience attributes are well-understood for personalized campaigns.
- Prepare estimated audience/segment counts to guide campaign strategy.
- Configure metadata for precise campaign tracking and reporting
- Implement data flow logic for efficient campaign management.
- Develop email templates and content using MARTECH tools.
- Construct email content through scripting languages like Ampscript and JavaScript.
- Develop test cases and conduct thorough testing of marketing campaigns.
- Perform peer reviews to ensure campaign alignment with client requirements.
- Build QC/SQL scripts for campaign setup and execution.
This position requires:
- A strong background in marketing technologies (AJO, ACC).
- At least 1 year of experience with AJO platform and more than 2 years working on campaign implementations or managing projects.
- Familiarity with Adobe Campaign tool is an added advantage.
- Experience in SQL development including.
- Scripting/programming experience (JavaScript preferred).
- Eagerness to learn new applications of traditional technologies.
- Ability to articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience.
- Familiarity with enterprise software and project implementation life cycles.
- Knowledge of basic marketing concepts such as campaign ROI metrics and KRAs.
We require:
- A 4-year college degree in a technical field or equivalent.
- Adobe campaign related certification is must.
