Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Ads Account Manager who can deliver on advertising priorities for their advertisers. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the future vision for Amazon. The successful candidate will be responsible for building solid relationships with advertisers, executing end-to-end campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and tracking defect metrics. The position is based at Amazon India in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with advertisers to deliver first-class service and advertising solutions
- Execute flawless end-to-end campaigns, aligning with advertiser priorities and ensuring timely nudge for course-correction
- Effectively manage spends for defined cadence (week/month/quarter/sale event)
- Analyze campaign performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to increase efficiency and meet advertisers' KPIs
- Monitor and communicate campaign progress to the advertiser through regular activity reports and insights
- Track and own Ad Revenue goals for the set of advertisers being managed, deploying different ad-product strategies to exceed goals or cover gaps
- Leverage data and product channels to collaborate with other teams in developing tailored solutions that meet clients' goals
- Co-lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews with advertisers
- Drive operational excellence to ensure SLA adherence and client satisfaction
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in SEM/business development/sales within E-Com/Ad agency/E-com service provider domains
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively convey thoughts in a well-organized manner
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with employees having different skill sets
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years proven experience in ad operations & ad sales, online marketing/online ad sales or programmatic advertising
- 2+ years working in an external client-facing environment involving aspects of business development
- Advanced Excel/Power BI skills with ability to write SQL queries for data extraction purposes
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum
