The role will involve managing end-to-end app operations, including content updates, functionality oversight, and resolution of technical or user issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring app analytics, implementing targeted strategies to increase adoption and engagement, and coordinating with internal teams and sales/producers for feature enhancements and performance improvements.
