Job Title: Senior Manager - Product & Strategy

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Job Description:

Department - Product & Strategy (P&S)

Min. Qualification - MBA (Preferably in Marketing Domain)

Experience - 1 to 4 years

The Dedicated App Manager (Producer / Sales App), Corporate Communications and Centrally Driven Partner Engagement Initiatives. Will be responsible for end-to-end app management, ensuring seamless functionality, engaging content and increased adoption. The role will also drive corporate communications, central engagement initiatives, innovative ways to increase stickiness, campaigns and strategic projects to strengthen partner engagement and business impact.

1. App Management

- Manage end-to-end operations of the Nova (Producer app) / Spark (Sales App), including content updates, functionality oversight and resolution of technical or user issues
- Monitor app analytics and implement targeted strategies to increase adoption and engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams and Sales / Producers for feature enhancements and performance improvements

1. Corporate Communications, Innovative Engagement Initiatives and Strategic Projects

- Develop and manage communication plans for producers and employees across multiple channels, ensure communication aligns with brand guidelines, business priorities, and engagement goals
- Curate and deliver impactful content that informs, engages and motivates the target audience
- Lead existing central engagement programs and introduce innovative ideas to enhance participation and identifying new initiatives
- Support and manage strategic projects on a need basis, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

- Strong understanding of app management, analytics and content strategy
- Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills (for promotional content)
- Creative thinking with a results-oriented approach
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations
- Proficiency in digital tools and AI platforms for creative work
