Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B lead generation, digital marketing, and sales growth.
- Develop and implement a lead generation strategy through email, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Generate high-quality leads and design effective email marketing campaigns for lead generation and branding.
- Identify target audience and grow our email list using sales intelligence tools like Hubspot, Zoho CRM, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Coordinate with Data Mining and Sales Development teams to develop marketing content for Customers/Potential Customers.
- Develop documentation and road maps for processes and promotions that succeed through LinkedIn and email marketing.
- Measure results, optimize LinkedIn lead nurturing and email messaging workflows, and implement recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
- Identify suitable accounts for the company for global markets and key decisionmakers to reach out to.
- Explain and pitch our core value proposition to these stakeholders and report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Confident and self-driven with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and marketing tools.
- Experience of working with sales intelligence tools like Hubspot, Zoho CRM, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Previous or current experience in reaching out to prospects on LinkedIn and/or via email.
- Some experience with using email templates and marketing automation.
- Familiarity in nurturing prospects into leads and creating message sequences.
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM and email marketing tools.
