Job Title: Infrastructure Project Coordinator

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain close contact with senior engineers to ensure seamless execution of piling works.
  • Support in preparing technical documentation, including piling logs and BBS, to facilitate smooth project progression.
  • Conduct site surveys, soil investigations, and coordinate pile load testing to guarantee the quality of piling operations.
  • Verify and inspect materials and equipment required for piling works to adhere to design specifications.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards at construction sites.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and maintain accurate records of piling activities.
  • Coordinate closely with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Support planning, micro-scheduling, and resource allocation for piling and civil works projects.

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is essential.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with bored piles techniques is necessary.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation software is required.

  • Knowledge of piling techniques, load-bearing structures, foundations, construction materials, and methods is essential.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities are vital.
