**Key Responsibilities:**
We are seeking an experienced Global Business Development Manager to lead our export sales efforts and develop strategies to promote and sell road equipment products internationally. Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote road equipment products internationally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
- Manage export documentation, including contracts, shipping, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
**Requirements:**
Proven experience in export sales, preferably in the road equipment industry. Strong understanding of international markets, trade regulations, and export procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools. Willingness to travel internationally, as required. Negotiation and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
