We seek a detail-oriented, highly analytical data analyst to bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights. This role demands expertise in technical skills, automation, problem-solving, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and organize datasets for insightful analysis.
  • Exploratory and Advanced Data Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex data sets.
  • Dashboards and Visualizations: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for management and operational teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Process Improvements: Contribute to process enhancements by identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
  • Automation and AI/ML: Automate reporting tasks using AI/ML-based tools and scripting.
  • Database Management: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity in databases.
  • Communication: Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Technical Proficiency: Python, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Visualization Platforms: Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Database Management Systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.
  • Automation Workflows: Python scripts, AI/ML models preferred.
  • Large Datasets and Analytical Models: Ability to work with complex data sets and build analytical models.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and structured mindset.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to explain insights clearly.
  • Candidate Profile: Quick learner with domain knowledge and industry context.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team with ownership and responsibility.
