Title: Technical Business Analyst

Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Business Analyst.
  • This role will involve working on multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing analytical skills to identify business needs and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software solutions for new customers.
  • Manage customer accounts post-launch, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Application (B.Sc. IT, M.Sc. IT, BCA, MCA, B.Tech Computer Engineering, B.Tech Computer Science etc.).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML, with experience in GUI development an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in management consulting, IT consulting, market research, and/or enterprise software client management either in college or at work to facilitate teamwork in remote settings preferred.
