We are seeking a highly skilled BIM professional to join our team as an Engineer/Modeller. This role requires expertise in managing quality and accuracy of BIM information, ensuring they align with required standards and levels of detail.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the use of Revit and Navisworks software, as well as knowledge of Structural, Mechanical and Electrical detailing using Revit, including generation of 2D drawings and schedules from Revit.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Modeling of RCC and Structural Steel building elements, openings, stairs, platforms, trenches, chambers
  • Knowledge of Pipe materials, Piping Systems and Pipe fittings
  • Experience in modeling of roads, pavements
  • Managing model set-up, families and worksets
  • Producing 2D construction drawings, Details and Sections along with Schedules

Candidate Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Water industry experience with UK specific experience preferred
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of Bentley ProjectWise or BIM 360 considered as added advantage
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to co-ordinate with supply chain and vendors
