System Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems.

This role involves working on various projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results while maintaining open communication with the team and stakeholders.

  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes
  • Ensure system security, implement standards, and respond to failures or performance issues
  • Produce performance, capacity, availability, and security reports for senior management
  • Write technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced services

Requirements:

  • 5-7+yrs technology support experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams
  • Extensive experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform to build and deploy services
  • Foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, exhibiting optimism in challenging situations
  • Decompose complex problems into manageable components, offering succinct solutions
  • 4+yrs Experience building efficiency workflows to deliver desirable outcomes
