Job Description

The primary function of this role is to lead ad hoc data analysis requirements and design case studies to derive insights that support business objectives.

  • Manage the process of designing case studies and deriving insights from data to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement data-related strategies with key decision-makers to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify priorities, metrics, and track progress on identified data acquisition initiatives.
  • Work closely with multifunctional teams to understand diverse data sources and collate respective datasets.
  • Drive discussions with diverse teams in distributed work environments to understand business initiatives and their purpose.
  • Take complete ownership of data directives, from planning and analysis to providing required business insights that enable rational decision-making.
  • Identify, explore, and detail out opportunities to solve critical data submission issues for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of experience in the banking/financial services industry with a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of loan cycles and credit bureau working or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of bureau and loan procedures and standards is an added advantage.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Executive presence and assertiveness.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently, handle ambiguous situations, and exercise judgment in various situations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, verbal, and written skills.
  • High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination, and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
