Recruitment Manager Position

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Site Lead to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Needs Understanding: Understand the business requirements and plan hiring/delivery as per agreed profiles, compensation, and timelines.
  • Hiring Process Efficiency: Ensure backend hiring processes/tools are effective, efficient, and facilitate candidate onboarding to meet BAU and seasonal hiring peaks.
  • Data Management: Manage stakeholders to maintain correct data capture and accurate data reporting from a recruitment perspective.
  • Location Strategy Planning: Plan and execute location hiring strategies, adequate staffing with the team, required tools, and recruitment compliance to achieve staffing objectives.
  • Team Management: Build, nurture, and maintain a highly capable and motivated back-end recruitment team to deliver business goals.
  • Hiring Process Optimization: Evaluate, streamline, and execute hiring processes to ensure most efficient and robust candidate processing.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure best-in-class candidate experience as a mandatory outcome.
  • Legislative Awareness: Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.

This role requires a deep understanding of labor laws, minimum wage requirements, and recruitment best practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping up recruitment sourcing/delivery strategies based on hiring analytics and insights.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record of delivering results in a similar role.
