Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Business Insights Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to extract valuable insights from data, driving business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain automated MIS reports for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis
  • Consolidate financial, operational, and business data into interactive dashboards and presentations
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all MIS deliverables

Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal systems and external sources
  • Perform trend, variance, and root cause analysis on key business KPIs
  • Provide actionable recommendations to management for business growth, cost control, and efficiency improvements

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track business performance against budgets, forecasts, and targets
  • Design and maintain performance scorecards and dashboards for different business functions
  • Highlight risks, opportunities, and performance gaps proactively

Process Improvement & Automation:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes
  • Suggest and implement automation opportunities using Excel, Power BI, or other tools
  • Standardize templates, processes, and reports for efficiency and effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Analytics

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in MIS, business analysis, or data analytics
  • Experience in financial services/investments/payments preferred

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and Power BI
  • Understanding of financial and operational performance metrics
  • Attention to detail with ability to interpret large datasets
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
