Master Data Governance Specialist Job

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Governance Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that requires expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions for SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development
    • Create data models, workflows, and business rules to govern master data management processes.
    • Develop custom configurations and enhancements for MDG modules and components.
  • Integration and Configuration
    • Integrate MDG with SAP and non-SAP systems using APIs, interfaces, and other integration technologies.
    • Configure MDG modules, components, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Data Validation and Profiling
    • Develop data validation rules and profiles to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
    • Analyze and troubleshoot data quality issues.
  • Process Modeling and Documentation
    • Model and document business processes using graphical tools like Visio, PowerPoint, or other modeling software.
    • Develop documentation for end-users, including user guides, technical manuals, and training materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MDG implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong understanding of SAP MDG architecture, data models, and business processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP systems.
  • Familiarity with data replication frameworks (DRF), service-oriented architecture (SOA), and business functions.
  • Knowledge of business rule framework (BRF) and workflow development.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
