Job Overview

As a seasoned MEP project engineer, you will be responsible for crafting innovative mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for high-rise buildings, residential complexes, and townships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Optimization

Develop comprehensive designs for MEP systems, seamlessly integrating them into overall building architecture. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and architectural teams to achieve exceptional results.

  • Collaborative Leadership

Lead cross-functional teams comprising architects, construction managers, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution. Communicate effectively through verbal and written reports.

  • System Maintenance

Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of equipment and components for all MEP systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

  • Efficiency Enhancement

Optimize systems for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and minimal environmental impact. Design and implement sustainable solutions that meet client requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise

A deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, power systems, and water distribution. Proficiency in design software and tools is essential.

  • Project Management

Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets related to MEP installations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.

  • Communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders. Present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Aptitude for critical thinking and resolving complex technical challenges. Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Qualification and Experience:

BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 6-8 years of experience in MEP design and project management, preferably in high-rise buildings, residential complexes, and townships.
