About Team: The team manages the purchase strategy, develops, and implements the operating system to ensure the business solution delivers business objectives. About the role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Associate/TL with a strong background in Vendor Management, particularly in SAP MM, onboarding, MS Office, and Statistics. The ideal candidate will lead our onboarding efforts, ensuring a smooth process, overseeing vendor onboarding, developing dashboards and reports, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires expertise in SAP, leadership skills to guide a high-performing Onboarding team, and hands-on experience in preparing reports and analytics dashboards. Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage onboarding processes for vendors and employees.
2. Develop management dashboards to track key performance indicators.
3. Conduct audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
4. Coordinate between the organization and vendors using SAP procurement tools.
5. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide support to complete the onboarding process.
6. Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies tailored to the needs of the call center.
2. Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate, and manage key stakeholders and suppliers.
3. Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Results-orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
