About Us: Paytm is a leading digital payments and financial services company in India, offering a range of services to consumers and merchants. Our platform provides users with various payment options, including utility payments and money transfers. To merchants, we offer acquiring devices and payment gateways, as well as commerce services through advertising and a mini app store. We also provide credit services, such as merchant loans and personal loans, sourced by our financial partners.

About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Associate with a strong background in Vendor Management, particularly in SAP MM, onboarding, MS Office, and Statistics. The ideal candidate will lead our onboarding efforts, ensuring a smooth process, overseeing vendor onboarding, developing dashboards and reports, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires expertise in SAP and MS Office, leadership skills to guide a high-performing Onboarding team, and hands-on experience in preparing reports and analytics dashboards.

Responsibilities:
• Manage onboarding processes for vendors and employees
• Develop and implement management dashboards
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with the organization and vendors using SAP procurement tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide support to complete the onboarding process

Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate, and manage key stakeholders and suppliers
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate at all levels
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Results-orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or Bachelor of Technology preferred
