Key Talent Acquisition Role

This is a strategic hiring position that drives the company's talent acquisition efforts across various markets. The successful candidate will lead and scale the recruitment team, developing effective strategies to attract top talent for key roles.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic hiring initiatives. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, with a preference for an MBA.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing long-term recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new staff as necessary.
  • Providing constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Managing recruitment costs through cost-effective methods.

The successful candidate will be a strong leader and communicator, with excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills. Proficiency in ATS platforms, Excel, and hiring dashboards is also required. GetixHealth is an equal opportunity employer.
