Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled University graduate with a degree in IT or related discipline and minimum 10+ years' hands-on experience in IBM iSeries system development, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in IBM iSeries RPGLE, CLLE programming, and ILE (Integrated Language Environment), as well as solid experience in application design, development, and testing.

Proficiency in DB2 for iSeries (SQL optimization, stored procedures, data modeling) and strong understanding of iSeries operating systems (OS/400) and system tools are also essential.

  1. A proven track record of working with iSeries system integration technologies, such as API, MQ, XML, and FTP;
  2. Experience with Agile software development methodology and DevSecOps technologies like CI/CD, Jenkins, Ansible, G3, etc.
  3. Excellent English writing and communication skills;
  4. Custody domain knowledge is desired but not mandatory;
  5. Familiarity with Java/Python for hybrid application development is advantageous.
