  • Feasibility & Estimation: Accurately estimate quantities and costs of materials, equipment, and labor to determine project feasibility. ">
  • Site Inspection & Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety, and sanitation standards. ">
  • Technical Advisory: Provide expert technical advice on design, construction methodologies, program modifications, and structural repairs. ">
  • Innovative Project Planning: Prepare and implement innovative project plans that optimize efficiency and outcomes. ">
  • Regulatory Review: Review and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and ordinances for each project site. ">
  • Safety & Compliance Optimization: Monitor and actively optimize safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance across all project activities. ">
  • Problem Solving & Recommendations: Analyze project challenges, make informed recommendations, and present alternative solutions. ">
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Fostering strong working relationships with clients, external consultants, and subcontractors. ">
  • Comprehensive Project Management: Execute project management duties, including resource allocation, budgeting, and vendor quote acquisition. ">
