Job Title: Estimation Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Estimation Manager to oversee and implement stringent quality control procedures throughout the real estate development lifecycle.

  • Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract management.

  • They must have extensive experience in managing project billing, preparing contracts, and handling amendments and change orders.

  • A strong analytical and problem-solving ability is essential to address quality, billing, and contractual issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of project billing, including verification of completed work, quantity calculations, invoice preparation, and administration of variations and change orders.
  2. Review and manage real estate contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions while engaging in contract negotiations.
  3. Involvement in quantity surveying, cost control, and team leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry, specifically within the Mumbai market.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, processes, and audits.
  • Proven track record in managing project billing, preparing contracts, and handling amendments and change orders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address quality, billing, and contractual issues.
  • Familiarity with relevant software such as SAP or other ERP systems for effective billing and cost management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience Required: 12+ years in Estimation and Budgeting within Real Estate
  • A degree in Civil Engineering
