Job Title: Doctor Intern

About the Role:

Our organization seeks a skilled Doctor Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will connect with clients over video consultations, educate them about our holistic health process, review their reports and lifestyle details, and guide them on the next steps toward long-term wellness.

This is not a sales role; it's a consultative client-engagement position where your focus will be on building trust simplifying health concepts and helping clients see how lifestyle nutrition and root-cause solutions can transform their health.

This internship is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates from AYUSH or allied doctor-track fields who want to apply their knowledge in a modern digital wellness environment while gaining real-world experience in client engagement and holistic consulting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 1:1 Zoom consultations (20–30 mins) with warm leads.
  • Review basic health reports symptoms and lifestyle details.
  • Educate clients on our holistic health transformation methodology.
  • Support clients in setting achievable health goals and lifestyle changes.
  • Build trust explain recommended next steps in simple terms.
  • Document accurate records of conversations and progress.
  • Collaborate with senior health coaches for escalations and guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Final-year students or fresh graduates from BAMS BHMS BNYS BPT or related AYUSH/Allied healthcare programs.
  • Not open for candidates with 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Comfortable conducting video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet).
  • Empathetic confident and client-facing personality.
  • Interest in lifestyle medicine preventive healthcare and holistic healing.
  • Must maintain a healthy & fit lifestyle in line with our values.
