Product Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centric design and experience working with cross-functional teams.

  1. Design for Impact: Develop innovative interfaces that simplify complex workflows, partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate business and user needs into elegant design solutions.
  2. Craft and Iterate: Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to explore and validate ideas.
  3. Champion the User: Conduct research and usability testing, gathering feedback to ensure designs meet real-world needs across diverse audiences.
  4. Think Strategically: Use system thinking and information architecture to develop scalable solutions that serve multiple industries.
  5. Drive Development: Support implementation through detailed design documentation, sprint planning participation, and close collaboration with engineering during delivery.
  6. Shape the System: Contribute to and evolve design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scale across products.
  7. Communicate with Clarity: Present design rationale and align stakeholders across teams using storytelling, data, and visuals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design (B2B, B2C, or platform experience)
  • A portfolio showcasing your process and impact (required for consideration)
  • Proficiency in Figma for creating designs and interactive prototypes
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration (Product, Design, and Engineering)
  • Previous work in complex domains such as e-commerce, operations platforms, or multi-tenant systems
  • Ability to work from scratch or iterate on existing ideas with a high degree of independence
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills
  • Deep user empathy and a strong sense of business context
  • Receptiveness to feedback and a passion for continuous improvement
