**Role Overview**:
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and user-friendly digital interfaces. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform ideas and user needs into exceptional digital experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, user psychology, and the ability to balance aesthetics with usability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, create user personas, and perform usability testing to ensure the designs meet user expectations and improve the overall user experience.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate ideas, test concepts, and communicate design solutions to the team.
- Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the UI/UX design into the final product.
- Continuous Improvement: Iterate on design based on feedback, analytics, and user testing to enhance user satisfaction.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to ensure our digital products remain innovative and competitive.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
