**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver user-centric interfaces for web and mobile e-commerce platforms, with a focus on intuitive user journeys and engaging designs.
- Develop visually striking, innovative, and modern designs aligned with the latest trends and industry standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups.
- Optimize designs for user engagement, conversion rates, and usability.
- Conduct and integrate findings from user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to iterate and improve designs.
- Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Stay updated with advancements in tools, design trends, and methodologies to deliver exceptional results.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 8+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce projects and modern design work.
- Expertise in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards.
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce design principles, including user journey optimization, checkout flows, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Ability to develop aesthetic and functional design systems for scalable projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an innovative mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly present design concepts to diverse stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JS) to bridge the gap between design and development.
- Expertise in data-driven design and incorporating insights from analytics to refine user experiences.
- Previous experience in branding or creating visual identities for e-commerce or healthcare brands.
