Job Title: Digital Transformation Manager

Transformative visionaries are sought after to spearhead our digital endeavors and software solutions. This pivotal role demands strategic leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of our IT software applications.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with our business objectives.
  • Direct, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts/PMs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation and drive adoption in the field.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
  • Manage multiple digital projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Analyze and re-engineer existing business processes to leverage technology for automation and efficiency gains.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Development and approval of a 3-year digital transformation strategy within the first 6 months.
  • On-time and on-budget delivery of key digital projects.
  • Percentage of automated and digitized business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A deep understanding of business needs, processes, and problems to translate them into technology solutions.
  • Expertise in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Lean to manage projects efficiently and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Knowledge of how to connect different software systems and platforms to create a unified digital ecosystem.
  • The ability to plan, implement, and manage organizational change, helping employees adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • The ability to identify complex problems and propose innovative, technology-driven solutions.
Competencies:

Candidates should demonstrate:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
  • A strong understanding of the industry landscape and best practices in IT management.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and delivering digital transformation projects.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a technology or business-related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
