Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams. They must have experience working on multiple platforms, including Google and Facebook.

Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Develop strategies to achieve business unit revenue targets and other key performance indicators\
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver client requirements successfully\
  • Prioritize and manage retainer clients' expectations\
  • Ensure strategic and creative excellence of team outputs in response to client briefs\
  • Plan and oversee digital campaigns, including display, video, social media etc for all clients\
  • Maximize team output and efficiencies through coordinating team workflow\
  • Browse new and creative growth strategies with clients to ideate, plan and execute brand strategy & vision with opportunities to up-sell & cross-sell\
  • Mentor team members and develop their skillset in accordance with their individual goals and objectives and career path\
  • Utilize analytical skills to drive data-driven decision making\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices\
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives\
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality and productivity\
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders\
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed\
  • Provide training and support to junior team members\
  • Contribute to the development of the team's overall strategy and vision\
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify new business opportunities\
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business prospects\
  • Develop and execute plans to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients\
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance\
  • Make recommendations to improve team processes and procedures\
  • Assist in the development of proposals and pitches to secure new business\
  • Provide input on the creation of case studies and other marketing materials\
  • Attend networking events and conferences to stay connected with industry peers\
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership pieces and articles\
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences\
  • Engage in professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and best practices\
  • Stay organized and manage competing priorities effectively\

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing\
  • Proven experience in leadership and operations\
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to drive data-driven decision making\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively\
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to find solutions\
  • Experience working with Google Adwords and Facebook is required\
  • Ecommerce platform knowledge is desired but not required\
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop team members\
  • Ability to strategize and think creatively\
