We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Administrative Manager Assistant at The Management Recruitment Group (MRG). As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our CEO, ensuring their day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Calendar and Meeting Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements by providing necessary documentation and briefings.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure smooth travel experiences.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required by the CEO. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of tasks.
- Data Entry and Maintenance: Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other systems as needed. Perform data entry, ensure accuracy, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Communication and Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, external agencies, and clients. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of experience in administrative roles with a high level of autonomy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
