Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Visual Merchandising
    • Apply company visual merchandising techniques to enhance product display and store image.
    • Analyze and implement visual standards to optimize product display, improving overall store aesthetic.
    • Manage and optimize furniture for displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
  • Product Reception
    • Effectively manage the product delivery process, adhering to company procedures.
    • Coordinate replenishment procedures efficiently to minimize disruptions.
  • Team Management and Development
    • Lead a team of visual merchandisers, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
    • Train and guide team members to excel in their roles, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Loss Prevention
    • Contribute to inventory management, following established company procedures.
    • Implement security protocols to minimize inventory loss, ensuring a secure environment for both employees and customers.
  • Stock Management
    • Organize and maintain a well-structured stock room, adhering to company guidelines.
    • Utilize available tools to stay updated on stock rotation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
