Facebook Ads Media Buyer

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Facebook Ads Media Buyer. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and performance-obsessed.

Job Description:

As a Facebook Ads Media Buyer, you will be responsible for managing and optimising ad spend on Facebook and Instagram. You will work with designers and video editors to build and scale full-funnel campaigns using real strategy.

You will also use spreadsheets and dashboards to analyse key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and CAC. Additionally, you will write compelling hooks, headlines, and ad copy that actually converts.

Finally, you will produce clear daily reports and be accountable for the numbers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Highly analytical and confident with maths
  • Ability to build smart spreadsheets for tracking performance, trends, and projections
  • Eye for what makes a scroll-stopping ad creative
  • At least 1–2 years' experience running Facebook/Meta Ads with a proven track record
  • Understanding of key performance metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS – and how to optimise them
