">Description:
  • We're seeking a seasoned paid media expert to lead and scale our advertising efforts.

As the Head of Paid Media, you will oversee the full-funnel strategy and execution for Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will manage high-budget campaigns, build and mentor a team of paid media specialists and analysts, and collaborate closely with other teams to align messaging and funnel optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full-funnel strategy and execution for Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Manage multi-million-dollar budgets with a focus on ROI, CAC, LTV, and scaling profitably
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of paid media specialists and analysts
  • Oversee media buying, audience strategy, creative testing, bidding models, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, data, and product teams to align messaging and funnel optimization
  • Report results, insights, and forecasts to executive leadership regularly
  • Stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends to keep us competitive and compliant

Requirements:

  • 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, ideally with agency or multi-brand experience
  • Proven success managing 6- to 7-figure monthly budgets across regions
  • Data-obsessed with a strong grasp of attribution models, A/B testing, and reporting
  • Able to switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution when needed
