Influencer Campaign Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in contracting, onboarding, content review, scheduling, and invoicing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contracting: Coordinate agreements with influencers and managers, ensuring timely signatures.
  • Onboarding: Provide brand briefs and content checklists, confirm deliverables, usage rights, and timelines.
  • Content Review: Collect and review concepts/drafts, check against brief, send to brand for approval, and relay feedback.
  • Scheduling: Confirm go-live dates and ensure influencers meet agreed posting timelines.
  • Invoicing: Collect influencer invoices once posting is confirmed, check against agreed rates/deliverables, and process for payment.
  • Post Monitoring: Track live posts in real-time, checking quality and compliance.
  • Reporting: Collect post insights (reach, engagement, CPM, etc.), compile into client-ready reports by deadline.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or campaign management.
  • Familiarity with remote or virtual work environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with web-based tools, including Google Sheets and ClickUp.
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new tools and processes.
