Chief Collections Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Collections Officer to lead our In-House Collections Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of collectors to achieve recovery targets for credit products.

They will develop and execute state-level collections strategies to minimize delinquencies and write-offs, overseeing end-to-end management of overdue accounts including high-risk cases.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies is essential at all times.

The team leader will monitor performance, provide coaching, and drive operational efficiency.

Cross-functional collaboration is required to optimize credit risk management.

Data analysis is essential to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

This role requires proven expertise in collections for credit products, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills are also essential.

Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
